Terms of Use

Last updated 4 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Fittro, a room planner operated by Totavi, LLC (“we”, “us”). By using Fittro you agree to them.

The service

Fittro helps you plan rooms and lay out furniture to scale. It's a planning aid: while we work hard to keep measurements accurate, you are responsible for verifying real-world dimensions before making purchases or changes to your space.

Accounts

Some features require a free account, created with your email via a one-time sign-in code. Keep access to your email secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.

Payments

The optional cloud plan is a one-time payment of $5 for one year of cloud save and sharing, processed by Stripe. Access remains active for the year following payment. If something goes wrong with a charge, email us and we'll make it right.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, and no unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

Your plans are yours. By using the cloud plan you grant us the limited permission needed to store and display them back to you (and to anyone you choose to share a public link with).

No warranty & liability

Fittro is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Totavi, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
